Turkey is the most attractive country of the "civilized Mediterranean" for real estate purchase. It combines great climate, always fresh fruit and vegetables, a rather high level of life combined with rather low prices, compared with European standards, a great sea.

The first to establish on this market were Englishmen and Germans. Many people not just come here to their owned houses and apartments to have a rest during summer, but live here almost all the time. A part of them purchase several real estate objects to lend them for the summer period to countrymen.

One more great advantage of Turkey are the visa laws. A visa is available during 15 minutes at an airport just paying $20 at the airport.
